  • We only provide door to door service and online and call support. No customer will be entertained at the office/warehouse.
  • There is a slab of 0.5 kg till 20 kgs and a slab of 1 kg thereafter.

  • In case you send the restricted items, they will be returned to your door and return charges would apply.
  • Only business/working days will be considered for ETA. There might be exceptional customs delays which would be beyond the Company’s control and would not be held responsible for the same.
  • Customs duties, if applied, will be paid by the consignee and the Company doesn’t have any financial interest in it.
  • Rates mentioned above are for Non Commercial consignments only.
  • Estimate time is the Time it takes parcel to reach within the working days From Delhi.
  • Mandatory to Provide Adhar Card and Pan Card Both.
  • Booking charges of INR 499 for International courier will be applied. It will be Adjusted in your final invoice.
