📋 Documents Required for International Shipment
1. Personal Shipment (Individual to Individual)
| Photo ID Proof (any one) | Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport |
| Address Proof (any one) | Aadhaar Card / Passport |
| Declaration Form ✍️ | MANDATORY — A signed declaration listing all contents. Signature must match your PAN Card. |
All copies must be clear and legible. Scanned images or good-quality photos via WhatsApp are acceptable.
2. Commercial Shipment (Business/Company)
| GST Certificate | Company GST registration |
| IEC (Import Export Code) | Mandatory for all commercial shipments |
| Company PAN Card | PAN of the company/firm |
| Authorized Signatory ID | Aadhaar or PAN of the person signing documents |
| Declaration Form ✍️ | MANDATORY — On company letterhead, listing contents, quantities, and values. Signed by authorized signatory. |
| Commercial Invoice | Item description, quantity, unit value (USD), total value, HS code (if available). |
⚠️ Declaration Form is ALWAYS required — for personal, commercial, gift, document, or any type of shipment. No exceptions.
