It depends on your goal: IRCC immigration ECA → WES Canada or IQAS Alberta; US universities/employers → WES USA; US medical residency (USMLE/ERAS) → ECFMG; US nursing licensure → CGFNS. Body-specific: WES accepts registrar-sealed envelopes you courier yourself; IQAS and CGFNS mostly require the institution to send documents directly with their prescribed forms. Getting this wrong is the most common rejection — we check origin rules against your checklist at booking.
Document envelopes have no commodity premium — a 0.5 kg envelope to the USA currently starts around ₹2,582 and to Canada around ₹2,610, excl. 18% GST, with free Delhi NCR pickup and door tracking.
Work backwards from the deadline: courier transit (typically 2-3 working days to North America) + the body's own mailroom logging (2-4 business days at WES) + its evaluation queue (days to weeks). For Aug-Sep intakes, documents leaving India by June-July are comfortable; add buffer in peak season.
