Reference number & envelope rules

Reference: WES reference number — written on the sealed envelope AND printed on our courier label; US and Canadian reference formats differ, so we validate against your account type
Envelope: US evaluations (course-by-course for universities, document-by-document for employers/H-1B) need the registrar-sealed, stamped envelope, exactly like the Canadian ECA. Opened envelopes are rejected; we ship institutional envelopes intact.
