Yes — Canada is our single biggest documents lane, driven by WES: transcripts for WES Educational Credential Assessments must arrive in the university's sealed envelope with your WES reference number on it, at the WES Canada office. We print the WES-format label, verify the reference number format, and ship the sealed envelope intact.
The rules that apply
WES Canada requires: registrar-sealed transcript envelope, WES reference number written on the envelope, delivered to their Mississauga (Ontario) office — wrong-format labels are the #1 cause of "WES never received it".
IRCC immigration paperwork (proof documents, police certificates) ships as standard documents — originals only when IRCC explicitly asks.
Other ECA bodies (IQAS Alberta, ICES BC) have their own addresses and reference formats — tell us which body, we format the label accordingly.

What exactly does WES Canada need on the envelope?
Your WES reference number on the registrar's SEALED envelope, addressed to WES's Mississauga office. We write the reference on the envelope and print it on the label — parcels without it sit unmatched in WES's mailroom for weeks.
Can my university send transcripts to WES digitally instead?
Some Indian universities are on WES's digital network — check WES's institution list first; if yours is, skip the courier entirely. If not (most state universities), the sealed-envelope courier is the standard route.
What does a WES document shipment cost?
